HomeExchange50plus is essentially for holidays and vacations via exchange. However, we do believe that a rental section is a valuable addition to help members find suitable accommodation for everything from a weekend trip to a long-term sabbatical, where exchange isn’t possible.

Also, as some of you have second homes which are available to rent, we hope this section will provide an extra service to help you generate income from your home when it may otherwise be vacant. After all, the 50plus traveller may have more time available and be more flexible on dates than the average vacation renter.

You can advertise your property either via your own website or a full-page description with photographs, or a combination of both, and please note that listing a home for rental has no 50plus age restriction.
