All three exchange membership periods include –

• Multiple property listings on this website: up to five listings per membership registration.
• Unlimited photographs including a bio pic: each listing should have at least one image.
• Unlimited Home Exchanges: you can arrange as many as you like.
• Facility to contact fellow members: member-to-member messaging system.
• Your contact details are not disclosed: you decide when to divulge your contact information.
• Unlimited enquiries to all listings: you can contact as many members as you wish.
• An Admin facility to manage your own property profile(s).
• No hidden fees: you do not pay any extra for each exchange arranged.
• Three-month extension to your membership for each listed referral: we like receiving referrals.
• Support: we are here to help by answering your questions and ‘talking’ through the swap process.

How to join?

First of all there is the age thing – you have to be 50 or over to be an exchange member and, if you clear this hurdle, then select your preferred membership period and complete the registration form. There is no age restriction for rental properties.
